Through the online reservation system of Expo Travel, Inc. you can now make a reservation 24/7, see the featured hotels at the lowest rates, review each hotel description and view a location and area map, as well as receive an immediate acknowledgement of your reservation at your preferred hotel via email.

How to make reservation

Below you can review featured hotels with their description, check their websites, and location to the place of the event
2.    Or you can register via fax reservation by calling +38 044 206 30 60

Please have the following information available when making a reservation:

1.    Names of all persons in your party, arrival/departure dates, single or double accommodations
2.    1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of hotel
3.    Company name, address, telephone and fax number; credit card information including expiration date

Invoices will be issued by NST directly to the guests and sent by e-mail or fax.

The rates are indicated in EURO (€) per room, per night with bath or shower and include breakfast and taxes.

Cancellations:

•    Cancellations must be provided in writing to the travel company.
•    Cancellation and re-booking of your existing reservation(s) may be subject to the hotels' individual cancellation policies.
