December 29th 2001 was the first day of Ukraine's Franchising Association work. The aim of this organization is to represent entrepreneurs and their franchisees, that use franchising agreements, on governmental level, support them practically while setting up and developing their business.

We'd like to admit that franchising in Ukraine exists and is constantly developing. Not last part in this process is played by our union of franchisers, franchisees and suppliers for networks. We are the largest association in Eastern Europe.

Along with active domestic work Association sets relations with foreign and international associations, studies foreign franchising experience and legislative background. The Association makes great contribution into development of such a perspective kind of entrepreneurship as franchising by implementing our achievements into practice.
